All service bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required details, documentation, and advance payment (if applicable). GRL Sunshine Logistics reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on shipment details provided by the customer
  • Any change in weight, volume, distance, or service scope may affect pricing
  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, permits, taxes, or waiting time

Transit Time

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances. GRL Sunshine Logistics is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

Packaging & Handling

Customers are responsible for declaring accurate cargo details. GRL Sunshine Logistics may provide packing services if agreed. Improper packing by the customer may lead to damage, for which GRL Sunshine Logistics will not be liable.

Insurance & Liability

Transit insurance is optional unless specifically requested. GRL Sunshine Logistics’ liability is limited as per applicable transport laws and agreed service terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to force majeure events.

Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items unless permitted by law and approved in writing by GRL Sunshine Logistics.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or operational costs already incurred.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery details
  • Ensure proper documentation
  • Be available during pickup and delivery
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
